D3football.com has ranked all Division III football columns since the 2002 season. The high-water mark for each conference is bolded, and the last column is the conference's average rank over its tenure in our rankings. Preseason rankings, in Kickoff, are available to subscribers only.

He lives in Cincinnati and covers area high school sports in addition to his full-time job as an attorney.
