UMAC Dome Day (Week 9 part 1)
And our photographers in Minnesota survived the biggest trial of the season three weeks before the start of the playoffs.

Dave Sanders, Scott Pierson and myself (Ryan Coleman) shot six (Yes! 6!) football games in a 32-hour period of time. Starting at 8am Friday morning covering the UMAC Dome Day and their five games and ending in the St John's/St Thomas matchup in St Paul Saturday at 1pm.

Dave Sanders and I arrived at the Metrodome a few minutes after 7am and started to unpack the truck and set up our equipment inside the press box and in the concourse. Matt Hill, the UMAC Commissioner and Northwestern (Minn.) Athletic Director helped us settle in and get things rolling for the 15-hour long day ahead of us.

Starting with Martin Luther vs Blackburn (8 AM), on to Trinity Bible vs Principia (11 AM), Crown vs Maranatha Baptist (2 PM), Northwestern (Minn.) vs Westminster (Mo.) (5 pm) and capping the night off with Minnesota-Morris vs Rockford at 8pm.
I had a real fun time but I'm physically drained Scott said today at the St. John's/St. Thomas game.

We capture over 55 GB of images and published over 3000 photos (939 from the Morris/Rockford game) on Friday. Below are the 20 best shots from that game. Insane, I know.

Tomorrow I will follow up with the Saturday game once the editing is completed.
