PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Carnegie Mellon University football team will travel to Delaware, Ohio, Saturday, October 9 as they play Ohio Wesleyan University.  This marks the fifth time in school history the two teams will meet on the gridiron, as the Tartans hold a 4-0 mark against the Battling Bishops, including a 19-7 victory last year in Pittsburgh.

The Tartans are coming off their best rushing performance in school history, as the Cardinal and Gray defeated Hiram College 62-31, Saturday, October 2 to improve to 3-2 overall.  In the victory, the Tartans rushed for a school record 585 yards while setting a school record for total yards, accumulating 679.  The Battling Bishops enter Saturday's contest with a 0-5 record after dropping a 30-6 decision to Chicago this past Saturday.

Kickoff is slated for 1:00 p.m. at Selby Field in Delaware, Ohio.  Prior to the team's trip, head coach Rich Lackner sat down to discuss last week's victory and the upcoming match-up with Ohio Wesleyan.
