The Royals offense got a huge boost from sophomore Kevin Lindh (Houston, Minn.) who broke away on a 52 yard touchdown run with just over 9 minutes to play in the third quarter. At that point the Royals took the lead 6-3.

The Royals held the lead until just over the 5 minute mark in the third quarter when St. Thomas drove the ball down and scored off a 5 yard run by Colin Tobin.
