Womack Joins Blue Jay Football Coaching Staff

Fulton, Mo. - Former Westminster College football player Seth Womack has joined the football coaching staff as an assistant coach/recruiter. Womack replaces Andrew Malson who recently took a graduate assistant position at Western Michigan University.

Womack graduated from Westminster with a degree physical education in 2005. During his career he was a three-time all-conference performer, a two-year team captain and a member of two Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) championship teams. He went on to play professional football with the River City Rage and then played in Austria. He coached at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, and Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Oklahoma. He also coached in the professional ranks in Germany and Austria.

Womack joins a team that went 8-2 overall and finished tied for second in the UMAC at 7-2 this past fall.
