Presentation Falls At D2 Mines and Tech

Head Coach Andy Carr knew this week's game with South Dakota School of Mines and Tech would be a challenge. It was the first time his team squared off against a Division 2 program. The Saints played hard, but fell on the road 75-6, Saturday, 10/13/12.

Junior QB Stephen Braswell completed 23 of 35 passes for 193 and a touchdown. The TD coming in the 4th quarter when he hit Junior RB Eric Schueth for a 1 yard score. Sophomore WR Matthew James led the way for the Saints with 5 catches, while Freshman WR/KR Keenan Honore racked up 77 yards in kickoff returns. Defensively, Josh Boyda finished with 10 total tackles, including 2 tackles for negative yards.

The Saints will play their final road game of the 2012 season next Saturday, 10/20/12, when they travel to Minnesota-Morris. Kick off is set for 1:00pm.
