West Chester head football coach Duke Greco announced the hiring of Michael Isgro to his coaching staff for the 2026 season.
Isgro will become a part of the Golden Rams' football coaching staff immediately. He comes over from Delaware Valley, where he succeeded Greco as head coach of the Aggies after spending nine seasons as Greco's assistant.
Isgro compiled a 16-6 record in his two seasons at the helm of the Aggies, making two Centennial-MAC Bowl appearances and winning the bowl series this past fall. Isgro will serve as the pass game coordinator and special teams coordinator while also tutoring the wide receivers when he arrives on campus at West Chester.
Isgro, who has 11 years experience coaching at the collegiate level, played quarterback for the Aggies from 2006 to 2009 while also playing baseball at Delaware Valley. He earned a bachelor of science degree in secondary education from DelVal in 2010.
