BW's Conwell Selected to National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society

IRVING, Texas – Baldwin Wallace University All-Ohio Athletic Conference wide receiver Tim Conwell (Avon) has been selected to the the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society.

To achieve the honor, a student-athlete must be a senior who is graduating this spring/summer and played his final season, maintained a 3.2 grade point average or higher throughout their college career and had been starter or significant contributor in his final season.

Conwell, who carries a 3.401 grade point average in finance, is one of a NFF record 2,596 football student-athletes from 365 colleges or universities from divisions of NCAA and NAIA to be recognized.   Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the NFF Hampshire Honor Society has recognized 23,568 student-athletes from 691 schools.

In 2005, he appeared and started in all 10 games.  Conwell led the OAC with a career-best nine touchdowns.  He was sixth in the league with a career-high 42 receptions and was seventh with a career-best 638 yards.  Conwell was an All-OAC first team selection.

For his career, Conwell appeared in 40 games and is the school's all-time leader in receiving touchdowns with 24.  He also reeled in 120 passes for 1,648 yards. Conwell rushed for 10 yards on two carries.

BW finished the 2025 campaign with an overall record of 8-2 and an OAC slate of 6-2.
