October 19, 2019 Special Teams Play Lifts #22 Cortland Past Alfred, 31-21 CORTLAND, N.Y. – Cortland scored two touchdowns on special teams in the first half and the nationally 22nd-ranked Red Dragons remained unbeaten with a 31-21 Empire 8 victory over visiting Alfred. Cortland (6-0, 3-0 E8) won despite being outgained by the Saxons, 416-221, in total offensive yardage.
