Offense

QB Reed Florence, Sr., Wittenberg
The Tigers piled up 37 first downs, 634 yards of total offense and 66 points in a win vs. Wooster, thanks in no small part to Florence, who threw for 333 yards and ran for another 80. He finished with school records of six passing touchdowns and seven total touchdowns.

OL Ben Woolston, Sean O'Mara, Zach Sterling, Zach Roberts, Bruce Doyle, Phil Tomassi, Brockport State
Brockport State's line has allowed just one sack all season. The Golden Eagles rolled up 466 yards of total offense in a 49-32 win vs. Cortland State.

RB Cartel Brooks, Jr., Heidelberg
Brooks set school records for rushing yards and touchdowns in a game with 39 carries for 337 yards and five touchdowns. The yardage is the sixth-highest total in the history of the Ohio Athletic Conference. 

RB Mike Barthelemy, Jr., Millsaps
Barthelemy racked up 264 rushing yards and four scores in the Majors’ 28-14 win over Birmingham-Southern to move the Majors to 6-0 on the year. Barthelemy averaged 9.1 yards per carry, including a 72-yard run and seven different carries over 10 yards on the afternoon. 

WR E.J. Bennett, Jr., Mass. Maritime
Bennett shattered school single-game receiving yards mark with 274 on 15 receptions and three touchdowns of 24, 2 and 68 yards in Buccaneers' 37-27 setback at Westfield State. His 68-yard score brought squad back from 20-point third-quarter deficit to tie game early in the fourth.

WR Lewis Williams II, Jr., Texas Lutheran
Williams caught 11 passes for 184 yards and three touchdowns in the Bulldogs' 41-16 road win over Sul Ross State. Williams scored on passes of 7, 50 and 31 yards.

TE Joe Cozzolino, Sr., RPI
Cozzolino led all receivers and set career single game highs with six receptions and 129 yards in Rensselaer's 37-31 loss to Rochester. Five of the six passes resulted in first downs.

Defense

DE Danny Samson, Sr., Central
Samson had 11 tackles, five for loss and four sacks in a win vs. Buena Vista. He also broke up a pass and recovered a fumble on the Central 2-yard line, stopping a potential scoring drive.

DT Brandon Felus, Sr., Juniata
Felus recorded seven tackles, six solo in a 28-7 win against Ursinus. He had four tackles for a loss and a pair of sacks.

DE CT Harris, Jr., Colby
Harris had a career-high four sacks among his five and ahalf tackles for loss and led the Mules with 11 total tackles (eight solo) in a 37-18 win at Hamilton. The four sacks accounted for a loss of 35 yards.

LB Jacob Zilbar, Jr., UW-Platteville
Zilbar sealed the Pioneers' 24-23 victory at UW-Stevens Point with an interception with 34 seconds left. His 13 tackles (Seven solo) was a game-high and a season-best.

LB Jordan Chambers, Fr., LaGrange
Chambers had 12 tackles, nine of them solo, in a win vs. Huntingdon. He had three tackles for loss (minus-20 yards) and two sacks (minus-19).

LB Seth Mathis, Sr., Bethel
Mathis and the Bethel defense held St. Thomas 14 points (seven came on a kick return) in a 28-21 victory. Mathis played his part by collecting 16 tackles, including seven solo and one for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and three pass breakups. 

LB Jack Nelson, Jr., Willamette
Nelson led Willamette with 14 total tackles, including nine solo stops in the Bearcats' win over Lewis & Clark. He registered half a sack and intercepted a pass in the win.

CB Alec French, Sr., St. Scholastica
French set a program record with 21 tackles in a win against Martin Luther. He also registered an interception and blocked a field goal attempt just before halftime with the Saints only up by a couple of scores.

S Brody Zangaro, So., John Carroll
Zangaro had a 39-yard punt return off a blocked punt that gave JCu its first lead at 10-9 in the second quarter. Four minutes later, he returned an interception 52 yards to set up a touchdown on the next play that staked JCU a 20-9 lead in a win vs. Muskingum. He also added seven tackles.

S Caleb Shannon, Fr., Hendrix
Shannon recorded two interceptions, eight tackles and a pair of pass breakups a 30-17 win over Berry. Shannon returned his first interception 13 yards to the Vikings’ 9-yard line, setting up the Warriors’ first touchdown of the game in the second quarter. His second interception came in the end zone during the third quarter, leading to a Hendrix touchdown on their ensuing drive. 

CB DaVon Fuller, Fr., Mass-Dartmouth
Fuller recorded four interceptions to help UMass-Dartmouth outlast Worcester State 34-33. The freshman registered a 94-yard interception for a touchdown to stake the Corsairs to a 27-21 lead late in the third quarter. He accounted for 106 return yards off his four picks. Fuller also collected four tackles, including three solo stops.

Special teams

K Matthew Aven, K, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
Aven connected on two of three field goal attempts, hitting from 50 and tying the Division III record with a 62-yard field goal in the Stags' loss to Cal Lutheran.

P Mike Dola, Jr., Middlebury
Dola punted seven times for an average of 47 yards in a 28-17 win against Bates. Only two of Dola's punts were returned, for a total of 2 yards and Bates only scored one time when it took over possession on a punt.

RET Hakeem Bourne-McFarlane, Sr., Augsburg
Bourne-McFarlane recorded 164 return yards in Augsburg's 41-17 win over St. Olaf on Saturday -- 103 yards on two punt returns and 61 yards on two kickoff returns. He returned a punt 73 yards for a touchdown in the first quarter, and two of his other returns also set up Augsburg scoring drives.
