November 6, 2016 Snap Judgments: Merry Clinchmas The playoff field is nearly halfway set. Twelve teams are in, which means there are several teams who need to take care of business in the regular season finale, and others who will be sweating out results. A lot is on the line in Week 11.
November 5, 2016 Roundup: Olivet, WNEU, Husson, Northwestern among clinchers A handful of unranked teams will find themselves in the Division III playoff bracket when it's announced a week from Sunday, and more teams are inching closer. Meanwhile, Ithaca sent Mike Welch off a winner in his final home game. That and more in the Week 10 national roundup.
November 5, 2016 Bulldog Football Captures SCIAC Championship with 70-16 Win at Whittier The University of Redlands football team left no doubt on Saturday by dominating the Whittier College Poets in a 70-16 win to secure the program's 30th Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC). With the win, the Bulldogs own at least a share of Head Coach Mike Maynard's 12th conference title with one game still to play. As a result of the head-to-head tiebreaker over Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, the Bulldogs will head to the NCAA Division III Championships with the SCIAC's automatic bid.
